‘A brush with nature’ explores the natural world using colour and expressive mark-making in a new series of paintings that blend abstract and figurative elements.

The exhibition explores the Suffolk landscape and our relationship with it. ‘A brush with nature’ showcases a selection of work exploring colours, textures and patterns in the local environment to create vibrant and expressive paintings. 

The exhibition includes some firm favourites such as birds and brown hares, but will also include paintings that explore the fascinating textures of tree bark and the patterns found in the beautiful cliff-faces of our fragile, eroding coastline.
